Located 1.2 km from the sea and just outside the beautiful Marina di Campo, Residence Dolores welcomes its guests with two housing units set in a peaceful and charming environment.

The first building (“Dolores”), built in 1996, includes studios and one-bedroom apartments of about 35 m².

The one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor feature a room with bunk bed and armchair bed, a kitchenette in the living area, and a terrace.

The studios, located on the first floor, include a double bedroom, kitchenette, and terrace.

The second building (“Castle”), built in 2008 with architectural lines recalling rustic Tuscan style, consists of various apartments.

Tastefully furnished and comfortable, the new residence offers one-bedroom apartments on the ground floor and studios on the upper floor. Each can accommodate up to 5 people, some also with two bathrooms, making them ideal for groups, families, or couples. Inside, you will find an open-space kitchen, bathroom with shower, spacious and bright bedrooms, carefully furnished, as well as outdoor space with independent entrance.
