Three-room apartment for 4/6 people, in the town center, facing the sea. The view is particularly beautiful and the location very convenient, especially for families: the apartment is in fact on the second and top floor of a small building overlooking a large private garden and the sea, with entrance on the main pedestrian street of the town, at the beginning of the pedestrian area.

The beach is less than 100 meters away, all services are within walking distance.

The three-room apartment is very convenient because it is located right in front of the sea, in the center of Marina di Campo (one of the most beautiful and well-equipped villages of Elba, with the largest sandy beach on the whole island), at the beginning of the pedestrian area, with entrance on the main street of the town (the exact address is Via Roma 260). It enjoys a very special position: it borders a house from the early 1900s and gardens of palm trees and pines.

All services (sea, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy) are within walking distance and there is no need to use the car.

There is no parking space provided, but parking areas are very close: about 150 meters to the free public ones, about 250 meters to some private ones for a fee.

The apartment offers 4/6 beds and consists of a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk bed, a large living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower box, small balcony.

The balcony is not large enough for dining outside, but the living room, opening wide onto the sea and garden, still provides a very pleasant solution; there is no feeling of living in a “city apartment”.

The apartment has been recently renovated and carefully furnished: the floor is parquet, the furniture is new, the kitchenette has been recently redone according to the latest safety regulations.

It is equipped with 4 gas burners and fridge with freezer.

It is not equipped with oven or dishwasher. On the ground floor of the building there is a washing machine available for all guests free of charge.

It is very cool and airy thanks to its location in front of the sea and the garden, and it is also equipped with ceiling fans in the double bedroom and in the living room and a standing fan in the small bedroom with bunk bed (but no air conditioning).

It is very bright because all the rooms (including the bathroom) have large windows.

Mattress and pillow covers are provided clean at every change and, on request, one set of bed, bath and kitchen linen is available at an extra cost of 15 euros per person.

During the summer I live in the house next door, so I am always available to my guests for any of their needs.

Pets are welcome and I do not require any extra fee or deposit if the owners assure me that they are well-behaved, used to staying in an apartment, and will not cause damage to the property or disturb other guests.

My guests are offered 10% discounts at the Il Capriccio bathing establishment, for bike and scooter rentals, and for boat trips around the island departing from the town’s small harbor.

Minimum rental in high season: 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday.

Check-in time: from 3 pm onwards; check-out: by 10 am.
